SDK Issues (Known Bugs and Workarounds)

This is just a list I am accumulating at the moment. If anyone has any more, or disagrees with some of the below let me know via the IMSI forums

ISSUE SDK Draggers are required to run 'on top' of a TC native TC Tool SOLVE None

ISSUE (V9 and later) SDK Draggers are disabled in Rendered and Perspective views SOLVE None

BUG (Versions?) Application.Version method consumes Resources (BSTR not released?). SOLVE Do not call repeatedly. Call once on startup and buffer the result.

BUG (V7) Undo methods are not implemented Undo.AddRecord function definition changed between V7 to V8 & later, so Undo code compiled for V8 and run in V7 will cause TC to crash. SOLVE If you use Undo code, you must check the TC version code before running and disable for V7.
